What is the return policy?

We want you to love what you wear. If your Allora piece isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

To start a return, email us at info@allorajewellery.co.uk with your order number.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

All Allora pieces are made with skin-friendly materials and undergo quality checks before shipping. Most of our bracelets use nickel-free alloys and hypoallergenic finishes suitable for sensitive skin.

That said, everyone's skin reacts differently. If you have a known metal sensitivity, we recommend checking the material details on each product page before ordering. If you experience any irritation, please return the item within 30 days for a full refund.

When will I get my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from our UK studio.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 2–4 business days (Royal Mail Tracked)
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Where are your products manufactured?

Allora Jewellery is designed in the UK and crafted through a small network of trusted international partners who share our commitment to quality and ethical production.

Each piece is carefully inspected and finished by hand in our UK studio before being packaged and shipped directly to you. We believe in honest materials, fair practices, and pieces built to last well beyond trends.

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping:
- Standard Tracked 48 — £2.99
- Express Tracked 24 — £4.99
- Free standard delivery on orders over £24.99

US shipping:
- Tracked international delivery — $7.99 (flat rate, 7–12 business days)

We currently ship to the UK and US only, with more destinations
coming soon. All orders arrive in protective, gift-ready packaging.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your Allora pieces looking their best:

  • Avoid water — remove before showering, swimming, or washing hands
  • Avoid chemicals — perfume, lotion, and hairspray can dull the finish (always apply products before putting on your jewellery)
  • Store carefully — keep in the original pouch or a soft-lined box to prevent scratches and tangling
  • Clean gently — use a soft, dry cloth to remove oils or residue

With proper care, your pieces will stay beautiful for years to come.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every Allora order arrives in our signature gift-ready packaging at no extra cost — soft protective pouch, branded box, and a care card tucked inside.

If you're sending a gift directly to someone, you can add a personalised message at checkout — we'll include it handwritten on a gift card and leave out the invoice so the price stays a surprise.

Are any purchases final sale?

Most of our pieces are eligible for our 30-day return policy. However, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or engraved items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
