SHIPPING POLICY

At Allora Jewellery, we work to deliver your order quickly, safely, and 
in beautiful gift-ready packaging. Please review the details below for 
information on our shipping process.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the following destinations:

- United Kingdom
- United States

We're working on expanding to more countries soon. If you'd like us 
to ship to your region, let us know at info@allorajewellery.co.uk.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, 
excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm GMT, on weekends, 
or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your 
order has shipped.

UK SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

- Standard Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £2.99
- Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £4.99
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £24.99

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Standard (Tracked 48): 2–3 business days
- Express (Tracked 24): 1 business day

US SHIPPING

We ship to all US states with tracked international delivery.

- Standard International Tracked Delivery: $7.99 (flat rate)
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days from dispatch

Please note: US orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, 
or fees imposed upon entry. These charges are set by US customs and 
are the responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in 
the order total or shipping cost at checkout. For this reason, we are 
unable to offer free shipping on US orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation 
email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking 
information to become active.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, 
please first check the tracking link provided in your shipping email 
and with your local postal carrier. If you still cannot locate your 
order after 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (US), please 
contact us at info@allorajewellery.co.uk and we will help resolve 
the issue.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please email us 
within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. 
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Lost parcels are treated on a case-by-case basis. We will always work 
with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue in your favour.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable 
to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided 
by the customer. If you realise a mistake, contact us immediately at 
info@allorajewellery.co.uk — if your order has not yet been 
dispatched, we will do our best to update it.
